Looks like work on the exterior cladding has stopped. No panels have been installed for at least a week.
I wonder if there was a holdup with the facade company (Covid related or otherwise). From my side there still hasn’t been any facade addition in awhile even as the site continues to run.
From the past few weeks
I don’t think people are going to want to live in buildings like this for a couple of years at least. No balcony and stuck with long elevator commutes etc. This virus will be a major game changer.
They recovered from 9/11. They’ll recover from this too.

Not sure how I feel about the facade for the parking area, but overall, it’s shaping up nicely. Really liking the facade facing the PATH parking deck. Taken earlier today

Some pictures from when construction was paused. It restarted last week, although there seemed to be some low level or interior work going on most of the time.
