This will definitely be done before the 2021 completion date

I count 64 floors so far. 6 left to go. Should be topped out in about 3 weeks at the rate they’ve been going.

This view will be very different in a few years. The street in the foreground will have two 20+ towers on either side (where the parking lots seen here is) with more towers behind where the photo was taken.

That’s beautiful! JSQ needs more skyscrapers like PATH needs to fix its broken system

It’s like the beginning of a smaller scale skyline for that side of Jersey City

Man that shot up like a weed; good thing too since the other one looked so lonely for the past few years. Now they def need the 3rd to make it work. I grew up in this neighborhood and we used to call it Urinal Square. Now this neighborhood 'bout to have 3 buildings taller than anything in Baltimore or Phoenix. How 'bout that!

Newark needs to catch up with development so the skyscraper nodes will stretch out as far as the eye can see

pretty crazy how tall a 730’ skyscraper looks with nothing around to compare it to. It will be less of a soar thumb once the third tower rises.

If this is done before 2021, you think they will start construction on tower 3 early? No way it will take till 2024 to complete everything
