Around 2 weeks ago (One Journal Square site in the foreground)

It is strange they are doing all the brickwork/sidewalks around phase 3. I wonder if they are expecting phase 3 to be on hold for a while? Seems like they would do this brickwork after phase 3 would be complete?
@JC_Heights Reminds me of these two renders from skyscrapercity that shows a temporary public space on the site of phase 3. I wonder if something like this is what’s in store.
Based off those renders, are they planning on turning the parking lot and Dunkin Donuts behind the buildings into a park or other space?
I don’t think they own the Dunkin Donuts, and adjacent lot, so I assume that’s just creative licensing in the rendering. But no doubt a tower will eventually rise on that separate site.
Didn’t get a photo but I was right. Phase 3 is now a giant public plaza with small green hills and landscaping. Not good
although a public green space looks so refreshing in Journal Square
Probably a hold over until they decide to finish phase 3
Taken yesterday. At least it’s a very nice looking pocket park. Perfect timing with the nice weather rolling in.
This may be open - there are lights on in some of the units and it’s been for rent for a few months.
What do things look like at the base of tower 3? Is there groundbreaking or does it look like they are holding off
Tower 3 is on hold. The base is a temporary open space with some landscaping and benches.
Tower 2 is open. People have been moving in over the past 8 weeks or so.
Noticed today there’s a “for lease” sign in the ground floor retail space facing Summit Ave. I hoped they had retail tenant(s) already.
Brick and mortar retail is having a hard time everywhere.

Second tower is already >50% leased. Suggestion that the third tower could start as early as late this year.
