333 Grand looking pretty

Really liking the paving stones they used as well. It’s a nice little touch instead of using just concrete.

I think the base of the building is my favorite part. Even if it’s mostly a parking garage.

They totally should’ve extended that wavy cladding all around the skyscraper

That’s 101 Hudson, and they did! It’s just not as apparent from far away.

If you haven’t noticed, 99 Hudson has rotating white lights at the top.

Just now via Earthcam. The rotating white lights on 99 Hudson.

Pic by me. Taken tonight.

Quality is shit. I really need something besides a cellphone. But… I can confirm that the rotating lights on 99 Hudson are borderline asinine in their brightness, and they rotate to the point that its kinda distracting.

You still got a very good shot for a mobile phone. Here’s a trick for night shots for phones: stay as still as you possibly can while holding the phone up. The camera takes a very short exposure shot, if you move you will capture movement. Meaning a blurry shot. So be as steady as a tripod. I usually lean on surfaces if I’m out getting pics, sometimes my phone shots are really good

That is really good actually. Yeah I gotta invest in an actual good camera. There was a really nice moon last night, a red/brown moon that I tried to capture but to no avail.

Looks like a star in my pic lol.

That bright dot , low center. Apparently, thats the moon.
