JERSEY CITY | 99 Hudson Street | 899 FT | 76 FLOORS

Kinda how I’m picturing lower manhattan if 80 South street comes to fruition.

This is what I’d love to see too. I just feel like we need taller buildings to really get this effect. Or the river would need to be narrower at the current height of buildings we are getting.

Don’t you just wish all developments move this quickly. This is rising so fast!

Agreed. This is moving along nicely. Can’t wait to see the facade on this

I agree. I’ve noticed that about Jersey City, that things rise damn quickly here. Remember Ellipse? That tower was a stump spring of 2017, end of the year, it was pretty much finished. This is moving very rapidly. What took a while was the foundation work and excavation, but now its hauling.

I like that building in the middle with the gold crown. The boxy one. I can’t remember the building name.

Isn’t there supposed to be 2 more sibling towers to that one?

it’s URBY Jersey City. I think they are still planning the other towers, but they’re being very cautious not to flood the market. There are 762 units units in that tower alone.
