The zoning for 3000 Kennedy Blvd passed the Planning Board last night. We may get a site plan in several months.

New fifty-one (51) story mixed use building containing two (2) towers: north tower to contain 719 dwelling units; south tower to contain 764 dwelling units (1,483 total); 6,395 sq. ft. of retail; 34 hotel rooms; 152 parking spaces; amenities and other site improvements.
