Proposed mixed-use building with 584 dwelling units, 45 auto parking spaces, 298 bike parking spaces, 44,975 sq ft office, and 1,925 sq ft retail.

This building was actually before the Planning Board 3 years ago, but recent administrative filings show it’s still alive in some form.

The design is the same as it was 3 years ago but I got some better renderings now:

The tower is being developed by the Hindu temple that currently occupied the site. They will use the proceeds from the construction to fund a new bigger temple on Central Ave and St Paul’s Ave
