I am trying to do some data analysis on new construction in NYC but i haven’t an efficient way to download data from YIMBI. Does anyone know of a way to download a table / excel / text file of all future construction in a specific area?

Well, are you still looking for it? I think you can check the online tools. I think there are various online tools available on the internet that may help you to download this application sheet.
