Obviously daylighting the Saw Mill has jump started development around the station. It’s a shame they couldn’t make an entire development and pedestrian oriented transit, park and residential corridor for the entire length of the Saw Mill in downtown Yonkers.
It could have been Yonkers’ High Line.

new rendering. It fits in nicely. I hope someone will develop a landmark tower for Yonkers one day, perhaps a glassy 300+ footer.
