„ Designed by INOA Architecture and developed by TCP Realty LLC, the proposed complex recently went through the Zoning Board of Appeals last Wednesday evening at Yonkers City Hall, and is currently under review. The master plan calls for two 36-story structures yielding approximately 1,600 units. The site is located along Woodworth Avenue on an interior lot between Lamartine Avenue to the north and Babcock Place to the south.“

That architect is the same one building a couple of towers in Newark. The design language is extremely similar.

The NYYIMBY article is inaccurate by the way, this is 32 floors x 2. Should’ve done their own research instead of relying on that op-ed they found.

Also the number of apartments is 672, not 1,600 like the article says.
