This may be slightly off topic here, but how will the skyline look if CPT, One Vanderbilt, and 53West53rd Street had topped out with their original designs?
And a second question, what if One WTC had its rooftop of 1,776 ft. and a spire of 2,001 ft., 2 WTC of at least 1,360 ft., 3 WTC of at least 1,200ft, and 4 WTC of at least 980 ft.? Would you guys like it (I would) if that ever happened? (btw if there was no FAA restriction)
I personally wouldn’t like One WTC being that tall unless the footprint of the tower got bigger with the height since it might look really weird with the footprint it has now. It would be a lot of office space that probably would never get filled either which I not a big fan of. 1 WTC and WTC 2 should also be around the same height in honor of the twin towers.
