Checking at the date, it looks like it was taking during the amazing sunset a couple days ago. I would assume the photographer just enhanced what it was already an awesome shot.

Really always amazing to see how much different Lower Manhattan looks now and Jersey City, even the foreground area in the video south of the Empire State Building looks different.

I took one or two of Brooklyn and I’m really glad I did because that has really changed too & hardly anyone paid attention to that particular viewpoint. I took this from the 73rd floor of the ESB… I used to go into the office really early on the weekends to start it and then hang around the city all day just to remove the ND filter at sunset (1:54) Total PITA.
