Does anybody know if you can get an angle of New York City skyline from the water like this tens of miles away? Is it even possible?

Chicago is fabulous, but I kinda hate that Chicago is our only real contender on a global scale along with NYC when it comes to it’s skyline. The US really fell behind.
Maybe the other places just grew too quickly. Creating an entirely skyline with hundreds of skyscrapers in ~10 years?
Love watching Chicago get more dense with infill. Manhattan of the Midwest!
