This article is about 100 Elmcroft Road in South End, the old Pitney Bowes headquarters, which will be converted to residential by its owners. It’s a large weirdly shaped office building that has been vacant for a while.
The other news is that the pickleball facility in the mall still has not opened. It was supposed to open a month ago. The owners are finding themselves in quite a pickle.

The opening of the new train-station garage keeps getting delayed.
It now won’t open until November at the earliest.
The current Stamford train station (built in 1987) was itself delayed during construction and took 5 years to complete.
