Still under construction?

Oh yea. They’re about to finish the exterior on the tower and amenity podium, there’s still major interior work going on, and the crown hasn’t been lit up with the decorative lighting yet

You can see there’s also scaffolding all over the entrance, most likely for final cladding installation

Talked to Brian Emmons, the Vice President of Southern Land Company. When asked about the lighting, he stated,
“Hope it’s 100% by 12/15”
and
“It’ll typically be white, but we can make them any color to celebrate/support special events.”

Talked to Brian again, he said that the lights will be delayed and have a slim chance of being lit up this month. When asking about how the lights will operate (like solid or animations) he said that it will be a surprise
