It is exciting to see this one moving up so rapidly at this point in time. I do have a lingering concern that the “look” of the building is not nearly as strong as the renderings depicted. I am still holding out hope that once all of the finishing touches are included it will look good, but I am growing increasingly nervous.

I actually agree with this. Arthaus is looking a lot better imo, but I still can’t wait to see a new 600 foot tower!
