I walked by last week - Primtemps is almost ready to open -
Hard to see in this pic - but there is a whole art installation in the Red room made out of butterflies
They are also opening a restaurant
Printemps will open on March 21 (the second day of spring).
“Printemps” in French means spring.
Of all the adaptive reuse projects in FIDI; this one is my favorite. The ‘red room’ the landmark status for its iconic Architectural design, and the amazing engineering that went into this project quite fascinating - particularly the “plastic bubbles”. 
I now think of this as the ‘Plastic Bubble Building’ for reasons that will become obvious after viewing this BIM video previously posted in this thread.
I viewed this video again today - enjoy.
