You keep finding the ones I’ve already found, I am really trying to find some more but these old late 80’s Philly pics seem rare. That skyscraper under construction in 1989 is Bell Atlantic Tower, now Three Logan Square

No, 60 Wall is by Kevin Roche. I know that because my dad worked for him and helped design this building! Other Roche buildings in NYC include the Ford Foundation Building, UN Plaza, 750 7th Ave., the Museum Of Jewish Heritage, and several wings of the Met.
He passed away last year. I was fortunate enough to meet him a few times. A very nice gentleman and an extraordinary architect.

Yes, both Roche and Jahn adopted the postmodern style back in the 80s. Postmodern architecture is either really good or really bad. For good Pomo, see the 80s and 90s skyscrapers by Jahn, Roche, KPF, and Pelli. For bad Pomo, see anything by Michael Graves.
