That’s a photo that needs to be scanned! Where did you find this? That photo was taken from mid-late June 1987, shortly after the spire was topped out and the crane was recently taken down as you can see the derrick

This was going up when I lived there. As I recall there was a fire during construction.
Poor quality, is there a better one?
