Don’t know whether there is more to go, but I think the concrete superstructure is topped out.

I think it’s topped out now? There could still be a steel addition to the top, considering the renders show the crown as being a box that is the same dimension as the building outline but there is a cutout. And the renders do indicate that there is a hollow portion in the crown so there definitely will be a steel portion added.
