I think it’s topped out now? There could still be a steel addition to the top, considering the renders show the crown as being a box that is the same dimension as the building outline but there is a cutout. And the renders do indicate that there is a hollow portion in the crown so there definitely will be a steel portion added.

This is for sure topped out now, you can see the metal embeds in the shear wall where the steel parapet will be built out/connected.

I still don’t like this design, but It’s much better than what we were going to get before.

They’ve been doing a lot of work on the cantilever area, haven’t noticed a change to anything else (that is visible atleast).

I can think of maybe 3 or 4 cantilevered buildings I do not hate. This is not one of them!
