It’s a real pity 2 WTC was never constructed as a podium stump as planned and “then” halted like 3 WTC was. It would’ve somewhat prevented (though not greatly) the design from being tossed around all over the place.

7 WTC-100% leased
4 WTC-100% leased
One WTC- 95% leased
3 WTC- 80+% leased (as of 2022)

If I’m wrong please let me know

South Fountain has been drained. Most likely for deep cleaning and treatment as they did with the North Fountain.

Curious here, you write “fountains really dirty up close”. The north fountain was just cleaned late last year. Dirty already?

The Site Looks Awesome But Without 5 and 2 WTC To Me It Looks Incomplete And i really Hope Larry gets it Built Before He Takes a Long Nap In The Dirt In The Ground

I agree. We should have already had 2 and 5 built. Unfortunately at this point i highly doubt larry will ever make it to see the site finished. I think the site is a far ahead now as hes ever gonna see

Remember when the site completion date was 2012? Is it 2012 yet?

Well, Citi was very close to inking a lease. The 16 acres would’ve been rounded up by 2017 if luck played out there.
They shouldn’t rush with a half assed T2 at this point. These new buildings are made to stand centuries, do it right.

Me to Citicorp: You were the chosen one! It was said that you would destroy the Sith, not join them!

Wasn’t 2012 supposed to be an apocalypse date? Perhaps we all died and this is the bad place.
