They’re finally taking down that god-awful, anti-pedestrian, white-tiled blank wall that Victoria’s Secret put up at 34th and 6th (Herald Square) a few years ago.

that is normal behavior for a flooded street when a clogged drain gets unclogged. Hopefully the water level decreased afterward
