Thanks for the schematic nickfloyo. Goes to show that NYC is manifesting into a multi-nodal city, which is the future IMO.
I do want to add that Jamaica is one to watch for. That has the potential to be, down the line, another mini node. Lots going on in Jamaica. Area is poppin!
Unfortunate with Flushing due to the airport proximity but it wasn’t directly within the flight path to LGA, I bet that area would be another LIC with respect to “skyscrapers”.
Maybe down the line, even the Bronx. Fordham area.
The Bronx is untapped potential and folks should go out there and check it out. Its bustling big time.

Tomorrow could be very poor air quality due to smoke wafting into the region originating from Canada. Already starting to get some campfire scent on the commute home. It won’t be as bad as two years ago but it will still be dangerous for those with predisposed conditions.
