NEW YORK | The Brooklyn Tower (9 DeKalb Ave) | 1,073 FT | 74 FLOORS

The developments in the outerboroughs are playing a key role in transforming the city. All of these nodes growing in size and scale. Makes the city evermore grandiose. The whole East River is slowly turning into one massive skyline. LIC connected to DoBro… it will happen.

ManHattan has long soaked up the massive developments which imo has dismissed the size of the overall city skyline. At least along the river Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Hudson County should be massive

As for Staten Island. Well, that’s a lost cause as of now

My thinking is that everything that is going on in the Bronx, Queens, Brooklyn… with both height and bulk, is give the perspective of the city being even more massive. It’s no longer how we say concentrated on the island… Manhattan Island… but spilled all over. Jersey City also plays a role in this perspective to the point that folks that have never have been to the city can be forgiven for not knowing its not part of NYC.

I almost want to say that the city is developing in a way that kind of resembles Hong Kong. All of these nodes, scattered… and it looks pretty damn cool! :beers:

Also add Jersey City. Some big high density towers over there. Certainly pops when looking at across the Hudson.

Newark has been stealing Jersey Citys thunder but I think the proximity to NYC proper and their own massive towers going up will cement them

Looking at the Brooklyn Tower driving downward Flatbush Ave. That is one stunning building. The location for this skyscraper is prime as is, but where in Manhattan do you think this supertall would’ve fit in besides its location now?

I see the answer on written on the road lane surface in the above photo… :star_struck: ONLY

That is the ONLY location where this super-tall stunner would fit in the skyline so perfectly.
