NEW YORK | The Benson (1045 Madison Ave) | 210 FT | 18 FLOORS

I’d like to see what he can do with a corner lot or a full side of a block.

The only problem with this building is how terrible it makes that brown thing with the balconies next door look!

I know it’s necessary but that exit sign… :face_vomiting:

I’d love to see Naftali develop a lot more buildings, especially in Midtown. Old-style hotel/condos on Fifth and Madison would be very nice.

This garbage on Fifth in the 40s would be a good place to start.

I walked by here on Father’s Day. This vile garbage detracts from this pristine, Gilded Age neighborhood. Also, this site is worth so much money. I’m amazed that it has not yet been redeveloped.

Look at the rents that were getting even 5/10 years ago.

Somebody is making a fortune off of this property.

They could make way more money though if they developed the site. They could also retain a retail condo. These buildings are disgusting.
