Looks like a diagram has been submitted:

Bay windows on the right, setbacks, and a crown. Hopefully Pennoyer took some inspiration from his Candela exhibition.

No wonder, the assemblage has been clear since at least May of 2019:

I bet they’re at least above ground by now.

More NIMBY lawsuits:

Naftali has good taste.

the floodgates are open.

Charles Weinstock, Fennebresque’s attorney, said in an emailed statement that the case represents more than the loss of light and air and increased street congestion.

“It’s also, less tangibly, the further erosion of a principle — that zoning laws are, in fact, laws,” Weinstock said. “Developers can’t blithely ignore them, and they certainly can’t be let off the hook just because they persuaded the Buildings Department to approve their plans.”

New York is being accompanied by Virgil and Dante in its descent into Hell. As New York crumbles, South Florida ascends like Elijah on his fiery chariot.

Once again, when the taxpayers have fled, who will pay for New York’s obscene largesse? It will become Detroit 2.0.

Maybe the city can let Naftali finish construction, then the NIMBYs can file a lawsuit with the 200 Amsterdam judge. Then we can tear down half of Manhattan, and everyone’s happy. Should only cost the taxpayers a couple trillion to compensate every property owner for the city not having the ability to interpret its own laws…

Between the idiot Trump in Washington trying to destroy NYC, and the NIMBYs and their vile “progressive” enablers trying to destroy NYC, who is actually standing up for New Yorkers?

Naftali is amazing. He really adds to NYC. I hope, moreover, that he acquires this nearby garbage and redevelops it. It’s one of the few eyesores on this magnificent stretch of Madison.

That is utterly spectacular.

Naftali is one of the best developers in NY.

“So Low” should aspire to the quality that he and Stern create.

True. Naftali is pretty consistent.

Awesome. I’d like to see one of these classic designs as an office tower.
