I absolutely love this building!
The glass seems a lot darker than in the renderings, but the angles are already looking very interesting.

It doesn’t look like anyone has posted this diagram, so I thought I might:
Curiously enough, the earliest renders seemed to portray it as darker. But I’ve seen photos of this glass on a bright day where it’s crystal clear as well.
