Large crane pieces have arrived to the complex situated by the Oculus/PAC…I’m assuming its for the PAC?

might be to set the last remaining PAC column support steel. It was supposed to happen mid april.
but i doubt it.
might be for something going to the podium of WTC3. Its going high whatever it is.

Ah that’s right. The “Big Boy” right? Are they still expected to start construction on the main PAC building this summer?
I wonder what could be going on 3 WTC podium if it were for that?

Do you mean the PAC won’t be out of the ground until June or July?

There is a smaller red crane at the PAC still but maybe it isn’t strong enough to get that last piece installed.

UPDATE:
Crane was for the installation of the new granite monoliths at the Glade on Memorial Plaza. Perhaps the red crane at the PAC is already large enough for the last VSC support piece coming sometime this month…apparently.

Is that angular building in the upper left permanent or temporary?

Temporary, they’ll probably take it down when the PAC rises. It’s a loading dock and when the PAC is done it’ll have a loading dock that’s accessible from Vesey Street

^You can even see some exterior panels were taken off of the temporary loading dock building. Definitely coming down soon
