Its the strongest tower design wise IMO. Like I love 1 Manhattan West, I think its beautiful, but… can you imagine… this design as the super tall.

Even 5MW has more character in both its brutalist and recladded forms than the Eugene.

Not sure about the Pendry being a supertall but I wish it would swap heights with the aforementioned dud at least.
