I still think all of them don’t do anything.

I always imagine what the Plaza would look like today had these improvements been built in the early 1900’s (1906), it would’ve been absolutely spectacular as an entrance to the park. The (now) berm would have been a colonnade and there would have been matching Library and Museum structures, such a pity.

That’s good news. GAP is beautiful.
If they had any guts, they’d run the Union Street - Eastern Parkway connection underground.
They might be thinking about flooding.
