NEW YORK | PA Bus Terminal Redevelopment and Towers| 1,346 FT & 926 FT & ? FT| FLOORS

The ramps that feed into the new PABT will have a direct connection to the Lincoln Tunnel in addition to new queue space for buses thanks to the staging area, so there will be a significantly reduced to potentially eliminated need for buses to park on surrounding local streets.

Dior is correct, not to mention that any construction that is occuring now/would be occuring before any of the actual terminal related stuff happens, the Dyer Ave deck overs, would not be visible in that earthcam view.

Only the ramp structure and storage/staging facility will be visible in this view when they begin.

Is it this one, Elon? I just did a simple search (not using Grok).

It seems that the area I marked in the photo is where a loader is digging.

I haven’t taken any photos yet today, but I will do so later. Near 37th Street (from 9th Ave.) there are drilling and other machines, and signs have been put up announcing that a new bus terminal is being built there.

Lots of activity going on with the deck covers (can’t wait until they are turned into park space), and there are never-before-seen renderings of the future pabt plastered along the sides of Dyer Ave.

Thanks for the updates :+1:t2: are the new renders visible in your images of the fence? The visible ones atleast have all been shared before.

The leftmost render on the fence in the 2nd picture I don’t recall seeing. That might be a new one. The next picture after it, on the right side also has a new render too.

all of those renderings on the hoardings come with a caption that states that they are for illustrative purposes only, and that the design and architecture are both subject to change
