Boy this one is a behemoth. But I think with the crown about to be started it should end up better than other huge ones like 10 and 30 Hudson Yards. This promises to have a much more interesting top that actually speaks “peak” rather than just terminating in a large chunk. The facade is great so far too. I suspect I will end up liking this one.

Got talking to one of the iron workers on this building in Stout near Grand Central last night. He couldn’t have been more proud of being a part of it. He was gushing over it and showing me pictures of the work site. The views from the top are sick
