Great restoration!! It’s looking fab.
I’m very eager to see One Vandy to rise. This will grace our beautiful skyline much of the same way the Chrysler and the Empire State Building has had for our great city.

My fantasy is that 335 Madison will be a tall, rectangular beast with a spire and black glass like Willis Tower.
That is something New York lacks.
Trump World is probably my 3rd favorite tower in the city behind the ESB and Chrysler, but it’s only 861 feet.
I don’t think that will happen. Willis was nice for its time, but its time has passed.
New York is number 1 and always will be.
