No worries, I’ve seen those graphics, and they are old iirc. The height remains @1,500’.

KPF says 1,501’ for now. It’s very likely the final height will be different, but me thinks still in the 1,5ßßft range.

yea that was before they got the special rezoning approved for the vanderbilt corridor. Also, that was before SL Green to pay hundreds of millions in infrastructure upgrades to get the rights to build this high.

It’s gonna look even bigger if you can imagine it.
Let’s hope this newly formed gap is gone by December 2017 and One Vanderbilt is starting to rise from the hole by then
