That’s pretty epic BS on the developer’s end. As if making the South side of a buildings curtain wall hundreds of tons heavier than the North side to correct a lean is a normal procedure lol.
That sounds a bit like medieval Pisan builders who discovering the lean in their tower mid-construction decide to make one side of each floor taller to compensate.

Actually, my read is that there are two separate issues.
One issue is that the floor slabs don’t line up where they should, so the facade parts won’t line up from floor to floor. That should be relatively simple to fix, depending on how elegant they want it to look.
The overall tilt of the whole building is a separate issue, I think.

It seems the glass has progressed a lot lately. Did they ever release any details into how they are going to fix the tilt of this tower? Why would any resident want to buy a condo here if it is such a huge risk? What if it keeps leaning even more in the future?
