It’ll be a greater wallpaper when they finish that cladding of course

The balcony placement is not helping matters.

There’s progress here but it’s painfully slow… I think whatever window team on the job here is working on a day to day basis rather than all the time… only five or ten guys on the site right now…

Unless they pick up the pace it’ll take 18 months or so.

Has the fact that the property has a lean resulted in any liens?

Perhaps, but I think that anyone would fear being crushed if they foreclosed a lien on a leaning tower.

Via weather cam (abc7 NY). Today.

Hopefully 80 South rises in the future. Likewise with 250 Water. Really going to make this perspective of the skyline dramatic. 250 Water will aid with a bit of balance too with respect to 8 Spruce.

Almost no progress in the past year

Hasn’t there been very minor glass installation?

Until lockdown they did like two panes a day, a dozen guys on the lot with like two or three actually working. It’s a goddamn farce

The only possibly good sign is that they seem to be installing glass over blank wall on south side of the building. Hopefully they plan to do that on the north side as well, although Im not holding my breath…

What do you mean, the design absolutely calls for all sides to be covered
