Aerial of the area. Imagine once other LES towers rise. We can see the impact on the neighborhood is profound, dwarfing everything, but also signalling the expansion of downtown towards the LES.

This is the most out of context skyscraper relative to its surroundings since the Citibank Building in LIC - hopefully it won’t take 25 years for it to get some friends…

There are like half a dozen skyscrapers of similar or greater height planned for the immediate vicinity, so the tower will be in context.
