It looks like exactly one room in this hotel will have a cute little balcony. (Or maybe two, if that upper one isn’t common space.)
Still working on the top and the base ( fulton st side - seems they started the glass on ann st a while ago).
It’s difficult to see, but there is some newly-installed glass on the 2nd and 3rd floor in this photo. It’s highly transparent; not much of a mirrored coating.

this tower is going to be a Moxy Hotel with the entrance on the Ann Street side.
There’s another new construction, highrise hotel of this brand finishing up in Chelsea.

my only complaint about this tower is that its side profile along the iconic Fulton Street vista is very unattractive. Its front face is very nice.
