This was an idea for 343 Madison Avenue which can also be built in Philadelphia (height up to 1000 feet).

floor-plan

A hand drawing for a possible 57th Street tower (height to 2000 feet).

Skyline-view elevator and a two-story observation deck are just two details of the River Side Plaza.

It is only an old drawing….

Just very briefly the tallest skyscraper in the world with a height of 3000+ feet.

All my concepts can be planned and built.

The Sky High Towers for my new NYC world in development(although it’s still the same world but in a different area).

I’ll also include the proposed towers, including the ones soon to be constructed, maybe even the canceled ones, and perhaps some of my custom ones.

@rgarri4 make a rendering?

What would the diagram look like if there were two megatalls here?

I myself have my own even more massive concept for PAST redevelopment.

Would it be possible in New York to have a connection between two buildings at 1800 feet above 10th Avenue?

Similar to those only as a skydeck. :

Imagine them accepting your Sky High Towers design for the PABT site.

Since my time is limited I try to stick to real projects. I do plan on modeling the Port Authority development once a design is selected.

To this proposal, I can imagine my Megatall concept very well. I could start planning properly if I can competition in the contest.

I could also make a suggestion all my own, but it’s too hard to draw.

Hy and welcome in my Topic @TKDV

In the background are the Mega Twins….

What design program did you use to create them? I would also like to make similar ones about my futuristic PABT renovation with two Megatalls.

Based on those shots, imagine if your design is near his twin tower design

Do you have experience with a rendering program called Blender or a 3d modeling program called Sketchup? It would be cool to see your models come to life

Thanks for your welcome Mackensen, I would however like to mention that I didn’t intend for my tower concepts to be posted on unrelated and unnecessary threads outside of the Empire Station Complex thread (as they are concepts of that project) until one individual started doing it themselves on unrelated threads. They don’t warrant being on separate threads outside of the ESC thread.

I wouldn’t call them mega twins though as they are still only supertalls. I use a number of design softwares, but for these concepts I used AutoCAD, Revit, Enscape, and some others.

Thank you for your quick response to my question.

As far as I can remember, isn’t CAD short for Computer Aided Design? for CNC. TKDV your concept has a similarity with the Brooklyn Tower and Codrico.

Did you create more renders or just the two?

I have heard of such apps (programs) but have not drawn or modeled with them myself.

And two more hand drawings from the PABT:

PABT from 11th to 8th Ave with an undulating base and two Possible Megatalls and two Supertalls. Below the small drawing is a possible cross section.

PABT only with two megatalls between 9th and 10th Ave. and across the street a massive lowrise building with a large rooftop garden.

Over the 47 a street (my specification) is currently only a bridge because I’m still working on this concept.

These are the first two study drawings.
