11th Ave., like all NYC avenues and major cross streets, needs to reduce traffic lanes and add landscaping. Pedestrians — not cars — should have priority.

I can’t get over the different slopes on the angles in the east and west facades. One side they’re spreading apart the other side they’re leaning towards each other. Can we get the architect on here to explain it to me?

The sparse details don’t make it any less of a boring glass box.
