The crane for this tower has an American flag on the end of it. Perhaps we are topped out? Just seems odd that this building is 30 feet shorter than Skyline Tower but it seems they have more to go. Perhaps they are not counting the bulkhead.

The flag was not on the crane last week when I last took pics of the building.
