The buyer will probably need to raze the rusty frame and start all over to build these skinny floors.

This would be perfect for a person(s) with a sizable library. You could spread your collection across every floor. A lot of people would go crazy in something this skinny but I’d have absolutely no problem with it.

Construction resumed late last week on the in-progress mixed-use building at the northwest corner of First Avenue and Second Street. This is the first activity we’ve seen on the site since late last summer.
As we noted in October, according to Department of Buildings filings, the project has changed from a seven-story, 22-unit building to an eight-story, 24-unit building. There are also plans for three retail spaces on the street level.

12 midtown parking spots…$6K mo x12 = $72K/year. Had you bought that lot 6 years ago, it would have been paid off by 2046 @Waymond_Womano

lol, I think a 24hr parking spot in midtown runs anywhere from $450-$1200 a month. I used to be a valet and I could easily get a good 12 cars into that lot (assuming we have a lift system).
