I usually hate razing old buildings, but this was decrepit.

Not sure I totally like it, but I don’t hate it either. Seeing this building having its ground floor recreated makes me wish they’d have done the same for the Bancroft building.
Not sure if this has a thread but looks like they just put this up. Development across from the hardrock hotel.
