Sad day for brisket lovers
They are not closing really. They are moving.
This was an interesting read: that ditched Amazon deal now seems like ancient history. However, to be clear, the guy had two locations, now he has one, - that’s not a relocation, it is a ‘closure’.
This place is a perfect example of the cost of Amazon not moving to LIC; the economic repercussions were enormous.
I have never quite understood the logical basis for the opposition - but that is a done deal, for ‘whatever’ reason their was. I recall the main issue was “anti-gentrification”.
