23 Park Row will help to mask the damage that 5 Beekman has done to the area. That shot is great, but 5 Beekman just ruins the vibe.
Even worse, its next to real architecture like Woolworth.

That’s a great pic. I like how Fulton St lines up with One WTC here. It’s actually one of my favorite ways to approach the WTC when walking around. As you walk down Fulton you really get a feel of how massive 3WTC is too. Of course, it helps that One WTC is further back on that approach.

I think the quality of materials will make or break this tower.
I don’t really know the develloper well so I don’t know their standards but I’m hoping they don’t cut corners

I’d like it more if it was white, slightly yellow, or both. It looks like they minecrafted a bunch of cast iron tenements together and burned them.

I guess I’ll be the odd man out: I really like this one (depending on the quality of the materials). It’ll be nice to have an 800 footer that’s not sky blue.
I also want to swim in the pool here!
