I think sooner, but a plot twist, imagine it being in JC or DoBro. Man, that would be historic. The tallest, not in Manhattan. Actually, Iād love for Jersey City to get a massive tower. Twice the size of 99 Hudson.

I thought Jersey had a cap right around 1000 due to Newark Airport and flight routes
Now that the Legends Tower in Oklahoma City is planned to be 1,907 feet tall, this could spur developers to build skyscrapers in New York City and Chicago reaching the 2,000 foot tall mark.

That tower is not going to have any affect on the NYC market of planned buildings, developers in NYC dont build based on whats going on elsewhere, they build based on whats going on in NYC. There isnt just suddenly going to be a need to build a 2000ā tower just because one is being built in Oklahoma. A 2000ā tower will be developed in NY when a developer wants to develop one.
What determines whether a developer wants to build a 2,000 foot tall skyscraper in New York City.
