addressed at the factory, but the height doesn’t make sense, even for a tower crane (560’). Might be for the next tower.

Any idea when work on the two other buildings will start?

Whoa that’s super cool to see the building name restored.

I didn’t know anything about the history beyond Domino and it’s fascinating.

I was just at Domino Park, and it appears a new residential tower is about to break ground. Not the office site. You can see some recent DOB filings, for an adjacent lot.

I believe it will be a 560-ft. tower, at 350 Kent Ave.

Seems the pile work is in full swing, they have two pile drivers on site…curious if they will release an update with new renderings or any announcement specific to Site D.

FOUNDATIONAL WORK has begun at 350 Kent, in an attempt to benefit from the 421a tax break. I believe that 350 Kent is Part D (CORRECT ME IF WRONG) of the redevelopment plan – the massive tower that will be directly adjacent to the Williamsburg Bridge. (Highlighted in the rendering below)

Image of foundation work finally being done on Parcel D (tallest of the bunch, seems to be two towers connected to each other.)

Yup. An entire skyline of its own forming in Williamsburg, and right next door, Greenpoint. Massive af

Diagram on site seems different from what I’ve seen. Tallest of the two in this diagram is 30-odd stories, no skybridge.
