A new model is being shown in the Domino Sugar Factory building as captured by Michael Young:
It still appears taller than 1S1. The model shows River Ring by BIG since Two Trees is also the developer.
It appears the pattern change of windows and facade every 5-6 floors is out unless this model is oversimplified. This change makes it appear more Miami-ish than before.
I’m glad the height was maintained but oh man I really wanted the square donut form badly.
