Happy three-month birthday to NYC congestion pricing!

The opposers are trying every avenue possible to end congestion pricing. Quite oddly, Trump has been silent, but then again he’s currently busy trying to cripple the economy.

It’s because he doesn’t actually care. NY republicans care, so they pay him to pay attention to it. But he personally doesn’t care, he just doesn’t like NY in general and will try to bully them any way he can.

The battle continues… The MTA bought an extra 6 months of time before a judge decides what will happen to it per a recent court filing. Also, it seems like the Feds are in no rush to stop the program and the feds don’t plan on trying to stop the MTA even if April 20 deadline for NY to end the toll passes. At this point, the Federal Government isn’t even being serious anymore and it’s all just for show to appease Trump.

An important thing to note:

MTA attorney Roberta Kaplan said that federal lawyers said they don’t plan on asking for an emergency injunction should the deadline come and go.

The most important thing is that at no point during these proceedings will the MTA be shutting off their cameras throughout this period. While the government continues it’s pointless battle, the MTA will continue to charge drivers and collect data on the effectiveness of the program and why it’s desperately needed.

The Feds now plan to find potentially illegal ways to stop the toll by April 20.

I suppose he could whip up a frenzy with his insurrectionist crowd to tear down the cameras.

and say everyone want him to do it.

“The agency would use every tool in at its disposal to stop the toll, the tweet said — without specifying what tools are at its disposal.”

Hold the line!

These assholes have been bullying the entire country/world and the MTA about to show up to the fight:

All positives and no negative consequences of the program. Less traffic and more transit use were observed last month.
