My first close up contribution, the east tower is 2 floors away from topping out. The west tower maybe 6-7 or so more floors.
I am confused. Is the height 400 or 450 for the 36 floor tower. 400 seems too short for 36 floors of luxury. I thought 400 is the 29 floor tower.
Love the shape of this complex so far. I suspect it will be a nice addition to the west side.
These towers can be seen looking down 8th Avenue from Midtown.
This is a beautifully done rendering; my favorite one on this thread. This image was taken from the YIMBY feature article posted here awhile ago: it deserves another look. 
BTW. The vantage point of the photo in the previous post above pairs perfectly with this rendering; looks like a glimps into the future.
